How to Register & Fight for Our Organization
Fighters and coaches looking to compete in an upcoming event must follow the steps below to register, get matched, and complete the necessary requirements to fight for our organization.
Step 1: Register Your Fighter Profile
Where to Register:
Registering here only needs to be done once and will: Provide the necessary details to find a suitable opponent
Automatically register the fighter for upcoming events
Create a fighter profile for ongoing communication, document submissions, and fighter perks
Information Required for Registration
When registering, fighters must include: Full Name
Height
Fight Weight & Walking Weight
Gym Affiliation
Fight Record (Use 0-0-0 for debut fighters)
Experience Background (e.g., belts achieved, previous disciplines, etc.)

Creating a fighter profile streamlines the match-making process and allows us to gather important details, such as profile photos, to help market fights sooner.
Step 2: Updating Your Fighter Profile
Once registered, fighters can update their profile information, availability, or photos by visiting:

Step 3: Alternative Ways to Submit Fighter Info
Fighters and coaches may also submit all required information via email to our matchmakers:

If submitting via email, please include:
- All required fighter details (see Step 1)
- The specific event they are registering for
Returning coaches who have participated in past events may continue using established communication methods with matchmakers or owners. However, we strongly encourage all fighters to register online to expedite the match-making process and ensure their details and photos are available for promoting and marketing the fighter and their upcoming bouts.
Step 4: Match-Making Process & Communication
Once registered, our matchmakers will attempt to find a suitable opponent. Fighters should expect: Acknowledgment of registration from the match-making team

Step 5: Required Documents & Fighter Responsibilities
Once a fight is confirmed, fighters must: Complete full registration & waivers for EACH event
Submit updated blood work & a sports physical (dated within 180 days of the event, per VA BMAW & insurance requirements)
