TICKETS & BOX OFFICE

Can I skip ticketing fees by purchasing at the venue? Yes! When you buy tickets directly at The Salisbury Center (typically beginning at 5 PM on event nights), you can avoid third-party ticketing fees.  However, prices go up at the door so purchasing tickets online is your best option to ensure you can get a ticket.  We may open with more regular hours soon and tickets will be available with no fee at that time. 

When is the box office open? Our box office operates on event days starting at 1-2 hours before show time until the end of the show. We recommend checking our Events Page for the latest schedule and show times.

Where can I buy tickets? Tickets are available online at thesalisburycenter.com/events or in person at the box office during event hours.  Do not purchase tickets from any other sites.

What if the event is sold out? If an event is marked as sold out, no additional tickets will be available at the door. We do post if only certain sections like VIP or reserved seats are sold out.  We will only post SOLD OUT for the show if there are NO tickets available online or at the door.  We do not keep waiting lists or offer resale services.

I lost my ticket or didn’t receive it—what do I do? Please email [email protected] or bring a valid photo ID to the box office, and we can look up your purchase.

Can I get a refund for my ticket? All ticket sales are final unless the event is canceled or rescheduled.  We do offer ticket purchase insurance for certain circumstances but please read the limited qualifying events that make the purchase, even with insurance, eligible for a refund.

SHOW & VENUE INFORMATION

What time do doors open and shows start? Doors generally open 1-2 hours before showtime depending on the size of the event. Most times this is at 6 PM unless otherwise noted, as shows typically begin around 7 PM.

Is there seating available? General admission is standing room unless otherwise noted. We do try to have some limited General Admission seating on a first-come basis but they are not guaranteed.  VIP and reserved tickets guarantee seats in the designated VIP section, seats or table. Some events may be fully seated—this will be stated in the ticket description.

What does VIP include? VIP includes early access (5–10 minutes prior to GA), guaranteed seating in the VIP area, and oftentimes other perks that are stated on the event or ticket purchasing page.

Can I bring outside food or beverages? No. Outside food and drinks are strictly prohibited. We offer food, beer, wine, and cocktails from our bar and restaurant.

Is The Salisbury Center handicap accessible? Yes. We offer ADA-accessible entrances, restrooms, and seating areas. Please contact us in advance for accommodations.

What’s the dress code? Shirt, pants, and shoes are required. No formal dress code unless otherwise stated.  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone wearing clothing we deem inappropriate or that may be too offensive but we’re not prudes.

Can I smoke or vape inside? No. Smoking and vaping are not permitted indoors.

Are there age restrictions? Most events are all ages unless otherwise specified. Some shows may be 18+ or 21+. Check each event listing for details.

Is there a weapons policy? Yes. No weapons—including firearms, knives, or other dangerous items—are permitted inside the venue unless you’re a sworn officer required to carry.

Will I be seated with other guests? If your party does not fill an entire table, you may be seated with other patrons.

FOOD, BEVERAGE & MERCH

Is food available during shows? Yes! Our in-house kitchen and bars offer a variety of food and drinks during events.

Do you offer gift cards? Yes! You can purchase digital or physical gift cards at the venue or online (coming soon).

Is there a coat check? Not currently.

Where is the merchandise located? Merch tables are usually set up near the entrance/exit. All guests pass by this area.

RENTALS & PRIVATE EVENTS

Can I rent The Salisbury Center for a private event or ticketed event, podcasting, as a black box theater or other events? Yes! We host private parties, corporate events, and more. Our facility is very flexible with state-of-the-art light, sound and video equipment.  We have multiple options including using the venue as a black box theater to shoot commercials, music videos and more, as well as a podcast studio.  For more info or to submit your request go to thesalisburycenter.com/rentals or email [email protected].

Do you have preferred vendors? Yes, and we require all vendors to be approved in advance. House staff must be on-site, or preferred vendors must have an approved on-site manager.  However, we only allow outside vendors if we cannot handle the specific requests you have and only with a buyout and owner’s approval in writing.

Are outside food, drink, ticketing or AV allowed? Only with written approval and buyout pricing. Otherwise, house services are required.
