Load-In and Sound Check Procedure
Load-In
Load-in typically takes place through the rear bay door of the venue. Our standard load-in window is between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM. Requests for load-in outside of these hours must be approved in writing and may be subject to additional staffing fees.
Important: Vehicles must not pull through or park too close to the bay door. Structural damage has occurred in the past due to vehicles striking the building while attempting to pull in.
To access the loading area, you may circle around the venue from either the left or right side of the front entrance. Once load-in is complete, all trailers, cars, and buses must be relocated to the front of the building. Production trucks and trailers may remain at the rear of the venue if necessary, but must not block the roadway under any circumstances.
Please be mindful that the venue is located near residential properties. We strive to maintain positive relationships with our neighbors and minimize disruption. As such:
The rear bay door should remain closed at all times, except during active load-in.
Congregating behind the building to smoke or socialize is strictly prohibited.
Always close the door immediately after exiting unless actively loading equipment.
Sound Check
Standard sound check times begin between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM and must be completed no later than 6:00 PM, unless an alternative arrangement has been approved in writing by The Salisbury Center or Wylde Style Productions management.
All sound checks must be conducted with all exterior doors closed at all times. In addition to complying with local sound ordinances, we are committed to being respectful neighbors, and minimizing outside noise is a critical part of that effort.
To reduce sound bleed and maintain control of noise levels, we ask that no one enter or exit through exterior doors during sound check.
