Ticket Refund & Exchange Policy

Overview
All transactions are final. No refunds or exchanges are permitted except under the specific circumstances outlined in this policy. By purchasing, accepting, or using a ticket to any event produced or promoted by Salisbury & Associates LLC, doing business as CageZilla, TCB Fights, and Wylde Style Productions (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to this Ticket Refund & Exchange Policy, as well as our Terms of Service, Ticket Transfer & Guest Policy, and any applicable Venue Rules.
Please review all event details before purchasing. Performers, fighters, artists, comedians, or other participants are never guaranteed, and refunds will not be issued due to changes in the lineup, fight card, or individual participants.
1. General Policy
All sales are final. Refunds and exchanges are only provided when specifically authorized under this policy.
Tickets purchased through unauthorized sources (including resellers or scalpers) are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Any approved refunds will be processed only to the original payment method used at purchase.
2. Specific Participant or Fight Changes
If a specific fighter, performer, or participant is rescheduled, replaced, or removed from an event, no refunds or exchanges will be authorized.
Event lineups, fight cards, and supporting acts are subject to change without notice.
3. Event Rescheduled, Postponed, or Moved
If an event is rescheduled, postponed, or moved to a new venue:
All previously issued tickets remain valid for the new date or location.
If you are unable to attend the new date, and if the Event Organizer authorizes refunds, you may submit a refund request.
How to Request a Refund:
If refunds are available, a “Request Refund” button will appear in your online account.
Submit your request through that link, or by emailing [email protected].
Once processed, refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
4. Event Canceled
If an event is canceled and not rescheduled:
Your tickets will automatically transfer to the next comparable event under the same organizer, or
You may request a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds will be issued once funds are received from the Event Organizer and typically appear within 14–21 business days.
5. Ticket Transfer or Resale Options
If available, transfers must comply with the Ticket Transfer & Guest Policy, including the 48-hour cutoff for transfers and ID verification requirements.
6. No-Shows & Late Arrivals
No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows, late arrivals, or inability to attend due to illness, travel delays, weather, or other personal circumstances. These situations may be eligible for coverage if you purchased Wylde Style Cancellation Insurance (see below).
7. Ticket Insurance (Optional)
We strongly recommend purchasing Wylde Style Cancellation Insurance at checkout. This optional coverage reimburses 100% of the ticket price and applicable taxes (excluding insurance premiums and service fees) if you cannot attend for specific, verified covered reasons.
Summary of Covered Reasons:
Illness or injury of you, your companion, or a family member requiring hospitalization or care
Traffic accident or vehicle breakdown within 48 hours of the event
Delayed or canceled transportation (airline, bus, train, etc.)
Home or business rendered uninhabitable by fire, flood, vandalism, or natural disaster
Employer termination or relocation more than 100 miles from your residence
Jury duty or military orders received after ticket purchase
Death of the purchaser, a companion, or an immediate family member
Proof of covered reason is required. Terms, conditions, and exclusions apply. Some pre-existing conditions may also be covered. Unauthorized ticket transfers void insurance coverage.
8. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund under an approved circumstance, email [email protected] with the following:
Event name and date
Purchaser’s full name
Order or confirmation number
Reason for the request accompanied by proof
Refunds are processed only when authorized and will be issued back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or dispute through your bank or credit card company after attending or being granted entry to an event constitutes a violation of this policy. Such actions may result in permanent revocation of purchasing privileges and denial of future event access.
10. Force Majeure
No refunds or exchanges will be issued for cancellations or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond the Event Organizer’s control (“Force Majeure Events”), including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, acts of war or terrorism, government orders, pandemics, or power outages. In such cases, the Event Organizer will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or honor tickets for a future event.
11. Governing Law
This policy and all related disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Prince William County, Virginia.
