Refund and Return of Goods Policy

Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange, except as required by applicable law.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Several categories of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines

  • Intimate or sanitary goods

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases


Additional Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products or digital goods

  • Some health and personal care items


Return Requirements

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless instructed in writing.


Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted at our discretion, including:

  • Books with obvious signs of use

  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email confirming receipt of your item and approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to your financial institution’s processing time.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Re-check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company; posting delays are common.

  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received and processed, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping (if prepaid by us) will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, delivery time for exchanged or replacement products may vary.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
