Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms,” “Terms of Service”) carefully before using GetWylde.com (the “Service”) operated by Salisbury & Associates LLC, doing business as CageZilla, TCB Fights, and Wylde Style Productions (“us,” “we,” or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
1. Accounts
If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password, and for restricting access to your device or computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or other security breaches.
2. User Content
Our Service may allow you to post, upload, link, store, share, or otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material (“Content”). You are solely responsible for the Content you post and for ensuring its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
By posting Content on or through the Service, you represent and warrant that:
(a) you own the Content or have the right to use it and grant us the license described herein; and
(b) your Content does not infringe upon or violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, or any other rights of any person or entity.
By submitting Content, you grant Salisbury & Associates LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, and distribute such Content in connection with operating and promoting the Service.
3. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content (excluding user-generated Content), features, design, and functionality, are and will remain the exclusive property of Salisbury & Associates LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United States and foreign jurisdictions. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
4. Links to Third-Party Websites
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Salisbury & Associates LLC / GetWylde.com.
We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Salisbury & Associates LLC / GetWylde.com shall not be liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with your use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such third-party sites.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnities, and limitations of liability.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of courts located within Virginia for the resolution of any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Service.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will use reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice before the new Terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Service after any such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Refund Policy
All transactions are final. Refunds or exchanges are permitted only under specific, approved circumstances.
Event Rescheduled, Postponed, or Moved
If refunds are authorized by the Event Organizer, a “Request Refund” button will appear in your online account. Once submitted, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase within approximately 5–7 business days, subject to your financial institution’s processing time.
Event Canceled
If an event is canceled, tickets may automatically transfer to the next event. If you prefer a refund, please contact the Event Organizer directly. Refunds are processed to the original payment method as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer, and should appear within 14–21 business days.
Ticket holders may also have the option to transfer or resell tickets if those features are available. Consider purchasing ticket insurance for future transactions to ensure refund eligibility for covered reasons.
9. Cancellation Insurance Policy
Wylde Style Cancellation Insurance reimburses 100% of the ticket price and applicable taxes (excluding insurance premiums and service fees). It provides protection against financial loss if you are unable to attend an event for one or more of the following verified covered reasons:
Illness or Injury: You or your companion are unable to attend due to illness or injury, or you must care for a hospitalized or ill family member.
Traffic Accident: You are involved in an accident en route to the event.
Mechanical Breakdown: Your vehicle breaks down within 48 hours prior to the event.
Carrier Delay: Your mode of transportation experiences a covered delay while en route.
Home or Business Issues: Your home or place of business becomes uninhabitable due to fire, flood, vandalism, burglary, or natural disaster.
Family Care: You must care for a family member who sustains a serious injury.
Employer Termination: You are unexpectedly laid off from employment.
Jury Duty: You are summoned to serve jury duty after purchasing tickets.
Work Relocation: Your employer relocates you more than 100 miles from your residence.
Military Duty: You receive military orders that prevent attendance.
Death: The purchaser, companion, or an immediate family member passes away.
Terms, conditions, and exclusions apply. Documentation may be required for all claims. Some pre-existing conditions may also be covered under specific circumstances.
